Context

HEC Paris's Incubation & Acceleration Center tracked startup applications and selection across scattered spreadsheets, which made follow-up tedious and hard to share across teams and partner programmes. I redesigned and automated the process end to end: structured applications, scoring of the files, and centralized tracking, so every startup is followed with no re-keying. I equipped the team with no-code interfaces they can evolve themselves (Airtable, Make, Notion API, Softr) and wired in PostHog to track real usage of the solution. The result: hundreds of startups tracked per year across 16+ partner programmes, with a faster selection and a fully customizable setup.
